While the esthetics industry has always been required to follow strict sanitation and disinfection guidelines, the recent COVID-19 pandemic has forced some additional protocols.
Until we receive new guidelines from San Diego County and the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, the following will remain in place:
- Please wear a mask when entering and exiting the building.
- Only one client permitted inside the studio at a time.
No guests, children, or pets.
- No outside food or beverages. We will have bottled water available upon request.
- Please bring only what you will need to check out after your appointment.
Leave excess belongings at home.
- If you, or someone you live with/care for has been sick within 14 days of your appointment, please reschedule.
- If you exhibit any cold, flu, or allergy-like symptoms (runny nose, cough, fever, etc.), the day of your appointment, you will be required to reschedule, no exceptions.

How do I schedule an appointment?
All appointments are scheduled online. We specialize in organic skin care services for women, with male clients seen by referral only.
How do I reschedule/cancel an appointment?
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment online by selecting "Change/Cancel Appointment" at the bottom of your confirmation email, or by logging into your account on our "Appointments" page. Changes cannot be made online less than 24 hours prior to your appointment's start time.
What is your cancellation policy?
At Neroli Wellness Studio, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours advanced notice to avoid a cancellation fee. We are an appointment-based business, with clients scheduled consecutively. Arriving past your scheduled appointment time may result in a shorter treatment. To keep our schedule on time, clients will be marked “late” after 15 minutes and will be required to reschedule. Late clients and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are charged 50% of the full price of their scheduled service. No shows and missed appointments are charged 100% of the full price of their scheduled service.
Where are you located?
Neroli Wellness Studio is located at 920 Kline St. Ste 302 La Jolla, CA 92037 between Fay Ave and Girard Ave. Our studio is located on the third floor.
Is parking available?
Street parking is available. There is also an ACE parking garage across Kline St.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit cards. No checks, please.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! You may purchase a gift certificate in studio during your appointment or online.
Can you accommodate groups?
Currently, Neroli Wellness Studio is operated by a solo practitioner in a single treatment room. Only one client is permitted inside our studio at a time.
Can teenagers receive treatment?
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a service.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! Refer a friend, and after they visit, you will receive 10% off your next full-priced service.
Do you sell retail products?
Yes! We are a proud authorized partner of Éminence Organic Skin Care. Products can be purchased in studio during your appointment or online.
What is your return policy for products?
All product purchases are final sale.
